Fees

Fields Psychiatric Consultants holds contracts with HMSA (all plans), Aetna, UHA, HMAA, MDX, UHC, Ohana Care, Aloha Care, Humana, Cigna, Magellan, Tricare, VA, Medicare, Medicaid, Kaiser and many more.

Participation varies by provider — insurers credential clinicians individually rather than covering a whole practice at once. Tell us your plan when you reach out and we'll confirm which providers are available to you before you book.

FPC submits claims on your provider's behalf. You'll see Fields Psychiatric Consultants on billing correspondence; your treating provider is the clinician you see, and they're identified on the claim.

Self-pay rates

• Initial evaluation: $500
• Follow-up: $300

Providers set their own rates, cancellation terms, and no-show fees, so these may differ depending on who you see. Your provider's current rates will be confirmed with you before your first appointment.

If you're not using insurance
